Refund Policy for Türkiye e-Visa:

Please note that there are no cancellations or refunds available for the Turkey e-Visa.

​

This is because the e-Visa fee is paid directly to the Republic of Turkey visa service on your behalf.

​

Republic of Turkey visa service does not take into account cancellation or refund requests after payment is made.

​

Refund policy for those who apply for a visa with a residence permit or through an appointment system from their own country:

The application fee will be refunded with a 50% deduction.

Türkiye Travel Insurance Refund Policy:

If you would like to cancel or request a refund for your Turkey travel insurance, please follow the rules below:

1. If you apply for a refund within the first 1 day after receiving the insurance, you have the right to a 100% refund. In the following days, the application will be returned with a 50% deduction.

2. If a request is made after the travel date has passed, no refund will be made.

The refund process will begin immediately upon verification of eligibility and will take between 10 and 45 days, depending on the policies and procedures of the bank that issued the credit card used for payment.

Travel Insurance Cancellation or Change Policy:

If incorrect information is accidentally entered during the application process, it is not necessary to cancel the travel insurance policy. If incorrect data is entered by mistake, it can be corrected without requiring cancellation.
